The majority of sessions can be complete at home or at the a park.
“Netball” sessions vary and can be more suited to a bigger court space or squash court. However, with a feeder, wall or crazy catch you can adjust these sessions to complete them at home.
There are a few pool sessions in the new NWC23 series.
For footwork and netball sessions you will need a netball and some markers.
Strength and cardio sessions may require some resistance bands, a mat and a box/ step.
Speed sessions will require markers and either mini hurdles or a slightly larger marker.
Anyone who wants to improve their netball fitness and skill.

You can turn your members area into an “app” by using the guide below.
Once you’ve signed up above, you can find the full programme on the MaiNetball platform which you can log onto from the home page www.maiasnetball.com.
Select “member log in” in the top right hand corner

You will then see the six week summer baseline and select “access sessions here”

The programme includes a mixture of physical sessions and performance lifestyle tasks such as:
Netball
Footwork patterns
Speed
Cardio
Strength
lifestyle
nutrition
The session plans can all be used as a guide so that you can adjust them to suit your ability.
Example - If 30 seconds work : 30 seconds rest is too hard you can adjust the timings to 20 seconds work : 40 seconds rest. This is reinforced throughout the programme.

You are all individual players and people and you can use the programme in whatever way suits you. That might mean that you complete one session a week or you do all four.

Yes.
You will have access to the every series once its complete, as well as the other videos in MaiNetball as long as your subscription is live. You can revisit and complete sessions as many times as you like. You will also have access to any other MaiNetball series posted in the future.
