MAINETBALL ONLINE PROGRAMME

Videos and articles on are:

  • Online and added throughout the year as highlighted above.

  • Require minimal equipment and space.

  • Suitable to complete as individuals at ALL levels.

  • Include either cardio, strength, skill, technical, tactical , food based or mental wellness activities.

  • Main series are based in and around school holidays where Physical Activity may drop.

  • Live sessions across the year creates an interactive, and supportive sense of community. 

  • 15 Memberships per year.


    Our online program, crafted by our founder Laura Malcolm, combines her expert netball knowledge with her experience in schools, resulting in an engaging program suitable for all abilities. Featuring some of the country's best England and Superleague players, it provides ample inspiration for your pupils. The primary goal of our MaiNetball Program is to offer members the guidance and support necessary to empower them in building and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. This component of the package offers you the opportunity to provide a slightly different approach to extra-curricular sports and physical activity without the additional strain on your PE department. You can utilize it to support less active or confident pupils, providing them with an engaging activity they can comfortably do at home. Alternatively, it can be used to challenge and extend the skills of pupils who already have a passion for the game.

SCHOOL SESSIONS

  • Session created based on your requests.

  • Suitable for all ages and abilities.

  • Lead by one of our superstar player coaches.

  • Maximum 25 per session with teacher support.

Netball sessions delivered during our school visits provide both pupils and teachers with the opportunity to collaborate with elite athletes. This not only inspires pupils but also creates a valuable CPD opportunity for teachers. Whether you're utilizing this session to motivate pupils, develop your own netball knowledge, or prepare one of your teams for competition, you're sure to benefit from element of our school package.

MOTIVATIONAL TALK WITH Q&A

  • With Silver Medalist Laura Malcolm.

  • Can be tailored to the messages you want to instill in your pupils.

  • Up to 80 participants per talk.

  • 30-60 Minutes

    A great opportunity to inspire pupils and provide opportunities for them to engage with an elite athlete and coach. These talks can be used for general inspiration, prepare and motivate for teams heading into competition or to reinforce behaviors that you’re encouraging your pupils to embrace e.g. teamwork.

ONLINE CPD

  • Virtual CPD course

  • Lead by England player, qualified teacher and elite coach Laura Malcolm

  • Up to two participants/ devices per school

  • Develop your knowledge of the game and take away ideas on how to break it down into the school environment.

  • Course content connects back to the National Curriculum.

  • 2 Attendees.

  • November 13th 2024 or January 15th 2025 (90 minute - 4:00PM start)

    We want to provide easily accessible CPD opportunities for teachers in order to support the netball content and delivery within schools. It gives you an opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of the game and to ask Laura questions around netball delivery on schools.
